Parents are requested not to enter class rooms either to see children or to seek interviews with the teacher during class hours. Interviews with the teacher during class hour’s interviews should be arranged through the principal only. They are requested to help their children’s progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline. They should check the diary daily and note the homework set and any other instructions, if given they are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any notice circular etc, has been issued.
They are requested to inform the school if there is any change in their addresses or phone numbers, children are allowed to go out of the school during school hours only when accompanied by their parents/guardians. Leave for half day should be avoided as far as possible for security reasons. In emergency written permission must be taken from principal and class teacher and bus in charge should be informed. Children when sick should not be sent to attend classes. Parents’ attention is drawn to the fact criticism of teachers of school in child’s presence cause the child to lose his or her respect for the teacher and will retard his/her progress. Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the principal and not the class teacher, and all correspondence from the school to the parents must go through the principal
